Guinness Lovely Drops 2025 Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")
1. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase necessary. Internet access, smartphone, mobile number, email address and MyGuinness.com account required for entry.
4. To enter the Promotion, scan the QR code on promotional communications in participating outlets or stores or visit https://www.guinness.com/lovelydrops, or sign in to your My Guinness account, or create an account and enter your details, including first name, last name, email address, date of birth, region and postcode between 12:00 BST 3rd June 2025 and 23:59 BST 11th August 2025. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. There will be 7 drops occurring at different times within the specified dates. Each scheduled ‘drop’ will also be announced via Guinness social media channels, in participating outlets or in participating stores.
5. On successful completion of the required fields, participants will then be signed up to receive email notifications on when the next prize ‘drop’ is. Email notifications will be sent to participants who are then invited to come back to our promotional website to enter for the chance to win a range of prizes. Users can unsubscribe from these notifications via an unsubscribe link in all emails received.
6. Maximum of 7 entries per person in total over the promotional period.
7. Any entry or claim that does not comply with the limitations in the terms and conditions will be discarded and where a prize has been awarded it will be lost and placed in the wrap up draw after the close of the promotion.
8. There are 813 prizes available to be won across 7 scheduled drops.

vi. Drop 6: 3 x pairs of tickets to an Autumn Internationals 2025 match, taking place within England, Scotland or Wales. Entrants will be required to select which match they would like to attend upon entry. There will be one draw per match.

Winner Selection
9. The winners in Drop 1, 3 or 4 will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm.
10. Winners in Drop 1, 3 or 4 will find out instantly on screen if they have won a prize in the current drop. Winners will be required to claim their prize by completing the online claim form with their first name, last name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and postal address. Winners that do not claim their prize instantly online will forfeit their prize and it will be placed into the wrap up draw.
11. Winners of a Guinness x UN:IK t-shirt in Drop 1 will receive an email within 14 days of receipt of their valid claim. The email will contain a link to a second claim form where they will be required to select their preferred t-shirt size (M, L or XL). We will endeavour to provide the t-shirt size selected however where the selected t-shirt size is unavailable you will receive the next available size. Winners will be required to complete this claim form within 14 days of the date the email was sent in order to complete their prize claim. If a winner does not provide their preferred t-shirt size within 14 days they will be sent a random size from the remaining stock.
12. The winners in Drop 2, 5, 6 or 7 will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third-party computer process from all entries correctly submitted within the relevant drop time period and in accordance with these terms and conditions. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time.
13. The winners in Drop 2, 5, 6 or 7 will be contacted by email to the email address used to enter within 3 days of each prize draw.
14. If a Drop 2 winner does not respond to the email notification within 2 days of the date the email was sent, their prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected by the same process as set out above at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
15. If a Drop 5, 6 or 7 winner does not respond to the email notification within 7 days of the date the email was sent, their prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected by the same process as set out above at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Drop 1, 3 & 4: Guinness Merch Prize Details
16. Limited Edition Guinness x UK:IK t-shirts are available in sizes Medium, Large or Extra Large only and sizes are subject to availability. Please be careful when selecting the size as winners will not be able to return or exchange their t-shirt after winning. There are five designs of t-shirt available to be won. Designs will be allocated to winners at random, they will not have a choice.
17. Limited Edition Guinness x UK:IK beach towels are one size. There is only one style of beach towel available to be won.
18. Images of all prizes are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the images shown.
19. Limited Edition Guinness x UK:IK t-shirts and beach towels will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked Second Class post within 28 days of your claim to the postal address provided upon claiming your prize. Guinness Nitrosurge & pint glass bundles will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked First Class post within 28 days of your claim to the postal address provided upon claiming your prize.
20. Delivery of the prizes may be subject to delays due to Royal Mail strikes or other causes Please ensure that you have entered your postal address in Great Britain correctly as the Promoter will not be held responsible for any prizes that are undeliverable due to incorrect delivery details. We will not dispatch any prizes to virtual UK addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.
Drop 2: Festival Tickets Prize Details
21. The winners of Festival tickets will receive 2 tickets to a festival taking place in July & August 2025. Festivals are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The first winner drawn will be offered a choice of the festivals detailed in paragraph 8ii. The second winner will then be offered a choice from the remaining festivals and so on until all tickets have been allocated.
22. The tickets for the festival will be sent by email before the date of the event. A Smartphone may be required for ticket download. Tickets will be shared two to three days prior to the event date.
23. The winners and their guests must be 18 or over in order to attend the festival. The winners and their guests must be available to attend the festival on the date specified by the Promoter and may be required to provide photographic ID upon entry.
Drop 5: Co-op Live Tickets Prize Details
24. The winners of Co-op Live tickets will receive 2 tickets to an event at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester. Artists are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The first winner drawn will be offered a choice of the artists detailed in paragraph 8v. The second winner will then be offered a choice from the remaining artists and so on until all tickets have been allocated.
25. The tickets for the event will be sent by email before the date of the event. A Smartphone may be required for ticket download. Tickets will be shared two to three days prior to the event date.
26. The winners and their guests must be 18 or over in order to attend the concert. The winners and their guests must be available to attend the event on the date specified by the Promoter and may be required to provide photographic ID upon entry.
27. Entry to Co-op Live is subject to the normal terms and conditions of entry. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to ensure that they read the applicable terms of entry for Co-op Live which can be found at https://www.cooplive.com/pQkPrI8/terms-and-conditions.
Drop 6: Autumn Internationals Match Tickets Prize Details
28. The winners of the Autumn Internationals tickets will receive 2 tickets to an Autumn International 2025 fixture. There will be one draw per match detailed in paragraph 8vi. The winner of each draw will receive 2 tickets to the match they selected upon entry.
29. The Autumn Internationals tickets will be delivered to the winner via the relevant Stadium ticket app for their chosen fixture. A Smartphone is required for ticket download. Tickets will be shared two to three days prior to the fixture date.
30. The winners and their guests must be over 18 in order to attend the fixture. The winners must confirm their name and date of birth along with the name and date of birth of their guest in order to claim.
Drop 7: Premier League Match Tickets Prize Details
31. The winners of Premier League tickets will receive 2 home match tickets to a 2025/2026 Premier League fixture. Upon prize claim, winners will be asked to confirm which Premier League team they would like to see. The Promoter will then provide the winner with a choice of three available dates. The winners choice of team will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
32. The tickets for the match will be delivered via either email or the relevant Stadium ticket app before the date of the match. A Smartphone may be required for ticket download. Tickets will be shared two to three days prior to the fixture date.
33. The winners and their guests must be over 18 in order to attend the prize. The winners and their guests must be available to attend the specified Premier League match specified by the Promoter and may be required to provide photographic ID upon entry.
34. Entry to the Premier League stadiums is subject to normal conditions of ticket entry. All tickets are “home” tickets and you must be a home or neutral supporter to attend the match. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a Premier League stadium. Winners are subject to screening by Premier League football clubs ("Clubs") based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
35. Each ticket is issued by the relevant Club subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Club and will be provided to you with your prize. The use of a ticket to enter a Club's stadium constitutes acceptance of that Club's terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club.
36. Clubs reserve the right to eject from a stadium any person who fails to comply with applicable terms or conditions of entry.
37. If a Winner or their guest are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended), you will be refused entry to all Premier League Club stadiums.
Further Match, Music Event and Festival Prize Terms & Conditions
38. Please note that the tickets only allow entry to the match, music event or festival and the Prize does not include, other than the amounts referred to in paragraph 8, any travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities or any other expenditure. Travel to and from the venue are the responsibility of the winners. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred.
39. The winners are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guest(s) whilst enjoying the prize. The winner’s entry to the venue will be subject to the relevant ticketing terms and conditions and any and all relevant venue rules. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or guest from participation in the prize if a winner and/or their guest fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or a winner and/or guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
40. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for any cancellation or curtailment of any match, music event or festival for any reason.
41. The winners and/or their guests shall not, while using any match, music event or festival tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the match, music event or festival, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon the match, music event or festival or the event organisers. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this will cause significant damage and loss to the match, music event or festival.
Wrap Up Draw
42. Any Drop 1, 3 or 4 prizes that are not won or remain unclaimed at the end of the main promotional period will be placed into a wrap up draw which will be conducted on or before 18th August 2025. All valid entrants who did not win a prize will be placed into the wrap up draw.
43. Wrap up draw winners will receive an email to the email address they entered the promotion with within 7 days of the wrap up draw. The email will confirm which prize they have won and will contain a unique link that the winner needs to follow to complete the claim form with their personal details within 7 days to claim their prize.
44. Wrap up draw winners who click on the link will be redirected to the claim form to provide their first name, last name, email address, mobile number and postal address to send their prize to.
45. A maximum of one set of wrap up draw winners will be contacted in total. Any unclaimed prizes after this time will be forfeited.
General
46. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary. The match, music event and festival tickets are not for resale and are non-transferable without prior permission from the Promoter.
47. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Premier League, Six Nations Rugby, Live Nation, Superstruct, AEG or Eastlands Arena Limited T/a Co-op Live. By entering into the Promotion, entrants release Premier League, Six Nations Rugby, Live Nation, Superstruct, AEG or Eastlands Arena Limited T/a Co-op Live from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Promotion. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Premier League, Six Nations Rugby, Live Nation, Superstruct, AEG or Eastlands Arena Limited T/a Co-op Live. The information you provide will only be used for communications associated with this promotion in accordance with paragraph 48 and for further communication if you have specifically opted into receive this.
48. The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with Umbrella Risk Management Limited who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.
49. Subject to paragraph 50 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped addressed envelope for such a response) to Guinness Lovely Drops 2025 Winners List (8532), PO Box 906, Chilton, HP22 9HR, the winners surnames and counties for a period of 6 months after the closing date of the promotion.
50. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 49 by writing to consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 49 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
51. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity.
52. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
53. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
54. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
55. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
56. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter will require as much information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless or until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. Entrants who use anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable, Mailinator or Apple’s “Hide my Email” feature will not be entered into the Promotion. Winners that do not fulfil the requirements set out in these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
57. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions or if it has any reason to believe that attempts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of Promotion.
58. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
59. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
60. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
